The Revitalize brand is dedicated to the restoration of homes and local communities through our comprehensive real estate and construction services.
Our focus has always been to provide an all-in-one solution for Turn-Key Real Estate investors. We assist investors and property owners in maximizing their returns, with help from remodeling properties to placing the perfect tenants, so owners can better achieve both short and long-term investment goals.
The story behind our family of companies
2021
Revitalize continues to expand its real estate and construction services with the introduction of Revitalize Nation and Revitalize Lawn Care, with Revitalize Heating & Air lined up to establish in 2022.
2019
The Revitalize brand is born as the primary company is renamed Revitalize Mobile, which soon branches off the property management department into its own business entity, Revitalize Realty, in 2020. Nearing the end of 2020, all of our existing and upcoming business entities adopt the Revitalize branding, including Revitalize Construction (previously Revitalize Mobile), Revitalize Homebuyers, and Revitalize Refinishing.
2011
Our founder, Lee Waldrop, begins buying and flipping houses out of the back of his truck in the Greater Mobile area located at the Southern-most end of Alabama. The primary company (now Revitalize Realty and Revitalize Construction) gains a sister entity Cash Buyers Alabama (now known as Revitalize Homebuyers) in 2012 to market to sellers of distressed properties.
